គោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាពPrivacy policy

1. ព័ត៌មានដែលយើងរក្សាទុក
- គណនីសមាជិក — ឈ្មោះអ្នកប្រើ (login), ឈ្មោះ ឬ Telegram និងកំណត់ចំណាំដែល Admin បញ្ចូល, ថ្ងៃបង្កើត និងថ្ងៃផុតកំណត់សមាជិកភាព។
- ពាក្យសម្ងាត់ — រក្សាទុកតែជា hash (scrypt) ប៉ុណ្ណោះ យើងមិនអាចមើលពាក្យសម្ងាត់ពិតរបស់អ្នកបានទេ។
- ការ login — ពេលវេលា login ចុងក្រោយ និង IP address ចុងក្រោយ (ដើម្បីការពារការចែករំលែកគណនី និងសុវត្ថិភាព)។
- ការការពារ — IP ដែលវាយពាក្យសម្ងាត់ខុស ត្រូវបានរក្សាក្នុង memory រយៈពេល ១៥ នាទី ដើម្បីទប់ស្កាត់ការទាយពាក្យសម្ងាត់។
2. Cookie និងការកំណត់ក្នុង browser
- Cookie

3. សេវាភាគីទីបី

- Google Fonts និង unpkg — browser របស់អ្នកទាញ font និងបណ្ណាល័យ chart ពីសេវាទាំងនេះ ដូច្នេះពួកគេឃើញ IP របស់អ្នក។
- យើងមិនលក់ ឬចែករំលែកព័ត៌មានសមាជិកជាមួយអ្នកដទៃឡើយ។ Website នេះមិនទទួលការបង់ប្រាក់ ឬព័ត៌មានកាតឡើយ។
4. ការរក្សាទុក និងការលុប
ព័ត៌មានគណនីត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកនៅលើ server របស់ BLACKCAT ក្នុងរយៈពេលដែលគណនីរបស់អ្នកនៅមាន។ អ្នកអាចស្នើសុំមើល កែ ឬលុបគណនីរបស់អ្នកបានគ្រប់ពេល តាម Telegram។
5. ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ

1. What we keep
- Member account — username (login), the name / Telegram handle and note entered by the admin, creation date and membership expiry date.
- Password — stored only as a hash (scrypt); we cannot see your real password.
- Logins — time of the last login and the last IP address (to prevent account sharing and for security).
- Protection — IP addresses that enter wrong passwords are kept in memory for 15 minutes to block password guessing.
2. Cookies and browser settings
- One cookie,
bcw(HttpOnly, Secure), keeps you logged in for up to 30 days or until your membership ends. - Browser storage (localStorage) only for your preferences: language, timeframe, chart toggles and the selected tab.
- We do not use advertising cookies or analytics / tracking tools.
3. Third-party services
- Cloudflare — hosting and data delivery (it can see IP addresses and HTTP requests as part of providing the service).
- Google Fonts and unpkg — your browser loads fonts and the chart library from them, so they see your IP address.
- We do not sell or share member data with anyone. This website does not take payments or card details.
4. Retention and deletion
Account data is kept on BLACKCAT's server for as long as your account exists. You can ask to see, correct or delete your account at any time on Telegram.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change.
